1964-1973 Ford Mustang
This Scott Drake air cleaner is designed specifically for classic small block powered Fords equipped with larger aftermarket distributors like HEI. From the top it looks like a standard HiPo air cleaner but the base has an offset opening that shifts the assembly back about 1-1/2″ providing the needed extra clearance for the distributor. Each kit includes a chrome HiPo air cleaner lid, an offeset base finished in Ford blue, a white air filter element, an air cleaner stud and wing nut. This air cleaner will work with most 2v and 4v carburetors. Note: Base does not have a PCV port. Decals sold separately. Also fits Falcon, Fairlane, Cougar, Comet, Ranchero and Torino
