Description
1964-1970 Ford Mustang Concours Export Brace Black. For 1964-1966 we recommend part number C5ZZ-16A052-EM see below description for more details.
Concours reproduction manufactured from original Ford prints for a precise, factory-style fit. Heavy gauge steel construction provides long-lasting durability. A superior design reduces chassis twisting, strengthens the front end while reducing shock tower fatigue and cracking. This direct-fit install is a one-piece original reproduction in a black painted finish. Although for close to 50 years Ford and Aftermarket Suppliers have sold 1 Export Brace to fit all 1964-1970 Mustangs however please note that the Export Brace designed to fit regular production Mustangs was not introduced until 1968 as standard equipment for the Shelby. Since Shock Towers and Cowl are different on 1964-1966, minor modifications are required to install this Brace on these early cars. For a simple installation on 1964-1966 we recommend ordering part number C5ZZ-16A052-EM which is specifically made for 1964-1966 Mustangs.
